Managing Diversity in Organizations Minor

Total Units Required: 24

The Minor in Managing Diversity in Organizations is a joint program between the Multicultural and Gender Studies and Management departments. Students learn about working together across cultural and gender lines, considering products and services in relation to cultural variables, and leading in an increasingly diverse world.

Non-business majors must meet with Business Student Advising and Services (GLNN 321, 530-898-4480) and formally declare the minor prior to enrolling in business courses.

International business students pose for a group photo.
