The Food and Beverage Management Certificate provides students a strong foundation in the standards and practices needed to succeed in the food and beverage industry.
Grading Requirement
All courses taken to fulfill program course requirements must be taken for a letter grade except those courses specified by the department as credit/no credit grading only.
Some courses require a minimum grade to progress in the program. Minimum grade requirements, including those listed on course requisites, are considered graduation requirements.
A grade point average of at least 2.0 must be earned and/or maintained in order to complete the certificate.
