Biochemistry Minor

Total Units Required: 27

The Minor in Biochemistry gives students a solid foundation in introductory, organic, and analytical chemistry, plus a more intensive study of biochemistry. A minor in biochemistry will help students prepare for careers in biotechnology, research, and health-related fields. It is also sufficient to qualify for a supplemental authorization in chemistry to a teaching credential in another discipline.
