The Minor in Statistics provides exposure to both statistical theory and modern data analysis and is a useful complement to a variety of quantitative undergraduate fields such as math, engineering, computer science, and economics. The minor, supplemented with a few additional courses (mathematics and computing), would provide sufficient background for graduate study in statistics.
